My journey with exercise began as a solution to challenges with ADHD and dyslexia. It helped me manage impulsivity and focus issues, while building self-confidence and a sense of belonging. As I grew older, high-intensity workouts improved my overall well-being, allowing me to manage symptoms without medication. Becoming certified in fitness underscored exercise's role in enhancing focus and self-awareness.

 

Now, I want to help kids feel supported and empowered. I understand the challenges they face and I want to provide a space where they can feel accepted and successful. By incorporating exercise into their routine, I believe kids can improve their focus, build self-confidence, and develop a positive association with exercise. My goal is to make their school experience more fulfilling and help them find their passion for whatever they want to achieve.
